XXL Glossy Deep Back Oval Tray Mould

XXL glossy deep back oval tray mould. 

Dimensions tray approx. : 31.7 cm wide (12.48") by 40.5 cm long (15.94"). It is 3.3 cm deep with a lip of 2-3 mm high. 

It takes approx. 3250 grams or 3.25 L of resin to fill this mould. This is a huge mould. 

The depth of this tray is unique and well suited for floral preservation where there is room for whole and pressed flowers, ocean sea shells etc to be layered, and even room for a background colour. 

This is an exclusive unique design to Hillside made by hand entirely from scratch by me. The inside of the tray has been top coated for a high gloss finish and the sides polished. There are some minor imperfections on the resin master and a couple small specs of dust fallen on the glossy coat.

You may receive either a mint coloured silicone mould or a deep dark blue mould. These are the same premium platinum cure USA made silicone and type, just the darker blue is slightly harder. Both are perfect and suited to this designed mould.  

The mould will come with a cut to shape cardboard layer to protect the mould during transit which can also be reused as a dust or storage cover. 

Made with high quality USA made platinum cure silicone. (Mold Star™ silicones cure to soft, strong rubbers which are tear resistant and exhibit very low long term shrinkage. Moulds made with Mold Star™ will last a long time in your mold library and are good for casting wax, gypsum, resins, concrete and other materials. Cured Mold Star™ rubber is heat resistant up to 232°C and is suitable for casting low-temperature melt metal alloys).
